Dimora Private Is Live: Multi-Property Estate Management, One Standard

Dimora Private is live. It is a multi-property estate management platform for principals and family offices — the owners of significant homes, and the teams who run them.

The problem it solves is one every owner of more than one residence knows intimately. Each property runs as its own island: a housekeeper here, a caretaker there, vendors in one phone, schedules in another, budgets in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts. The standard of the house ends up depending on who happens to be holding the phone that week. When something slips — an expired insurance certificate, a project that quietly doubled in cost, a guest suite that wasn't checked before an arrival — the owner finds out last.

What the platform runs

Dimora Private puts the entire operation in one place. Staff scheduling, timecards, and approvals. Vendors — with their insurance certificates tracked and expiry enforced, so no one uninsured sets foot on the property. Capital projects with competing bids side by side. Housekeeping standards with room-by-room spot checks. Inventories, including what lives offsite. Household calendars, events, safety checks, and training. Budgets against actuals, reconciled. Everything a director of residences carries in their head today, made visible and accountable.

The report the owner actually reads

Each week, the platform drafts an owner's report from what actually happened across every property — what was completed, what slipped, what needs a decision, what it cost. The draft is written by DOMUS, the platform's AI layer; a person reviews it and stands behind every word before it ever reaches the principal. That division of labor is the whole philosophy: AI in the engine room, people at the door. The software measures whether each residence meets the standard. People are how it gets there.

The north star is a single phrase the platform holds every property to: owner-ready. Not "clean enough" or "handled, mostly" — ready for the owner to walk in unannounced. Every module in the platform exists to make that state measurable, and to make the gap visible while it is still small.

Also entering development

Two more ventures join the portfolio alongside it. Dimora White Glove is the service arm of Dimora Private, built for the Hamptons — scheduled walkthroughs, seasonal openings and closings, and vendors supervised to the house standard, so the home is arrival-ready every time. Called It is pricing-decision simulation for B2B teams: it rehearses a price change across buyer personas and revenue scenarios before customers ever see it, and logs every forecast as a receipt that is later marked right or wrong. Both are in development now.
