Vendors — with their insurance certificates tracked and expiry enforced, so no one uninsured sets foot on the property. Capital projects with competing bids side by side. Housekeeping standards with room-by-room spot checks. Inventories, including what lives offsite. Household calendars, events, safety checks, and training. Budgets against actuals, reconciled. Everything a director of residences carries in their head today, made visible and accountable.
The report the owner actually reads
Each week, the platform drafts an owner's report from what actually happened across every property — what was completed, what slipped, what needs a decision, what it cost. The draft is written by DOMUS, the platform's AI layer; a person reviews it and stands behind every word before it ever reaches the principal. That division of labor is the whole philosophy: AI in the engine room, people at the door. The software measures whether each residence meets the standard. People are how it gets there.
