SI Film Production Workspace
Lumier Pictures is a browser workspace for making films with SI. Develop the screenplay, cast your characters and shape each shot, then add sound and cut the edit in the same project, with timelines that hand off to Premiere, Final Cut and Resolve.

Fine Art Documentation & Provenance
Gilded Art Works turns one artwork entry into the paperwork a sale or a shipment needs. Certificates of authenticity, customs invoices, condition reports and provenance records come out print-ready, in the gallery's own branding.
Gilded Estate Works
SI Deal Analyzer for Real Estate
Gilded Estate Works is deal analysis software for real estate investors, in development. It sets a conventional purchase beside seller financing and works out cash flow, cap rate, cash-on-cash return and debt coverage from the figures an investor confirms.

Pricing Decision Simulation
Called It, in development, rehearses a price change before customers see it. A panel built from a company's own customer segments predicts who absorbs the increase, who negotiates and who leaves, and each prediction is logged to be scored against what happens.

Gilded Edge Gallery is the online showroom for Daniel Montero's fine-art photography. His work was shown at Red Dot Miami during Miami Art Week 2025 and at the Marbella Art Fair with Monat in 2026, and every acquisition comes with an artist-signed certificate of authenticity.

Dimora White Glove is the estate care practice in the Dimora family, built around a dated, photographed record of each residence. Ongoing retainers and recurring visits are paused while the group concentrates on Dimora Private.
