Two more ventures have crossed from 'in development' to live this month.

Gilded Forms is our AI document agent. Upload any PDF form — government paperwork, applications, contracts — and instead of squinting at fields, you answer plain-language questions in a guided interview. The result is a perfectly filled, ready-to-send document. It is live now at gildedforms.works.

Edge Design Works is our AI spatial design studio. Photograph a room, and it returns photorealistic redesigns — multiple styles, day-to-night relighting, architectural variants — in minutes. After a hardening pass covering security, accessibility, and legal, it is live at designedge.works.

Elsewhere in the portfolio: Gilded Estate Works, our AI deal analyzer for real-estate investors, added a curated deal-flow service in private beta ahead of its public launch.

Eight of the portfolio's ten ventures are now live. Two remain in development — by design. We ship when the work meets the standard, not before.
